Alain Ducasse Chocolat Paris participated as an official partner in a book launch event for chef Jeong-wook Woo's kimbap cookbook, organized by the nonprofit Nallo Hagwon.

The event was held Monday at SKS Seoul. Alain Ducasse Chocolat Paris introduced a selection of chocolates and signature beverages.

Three chocolate varieties were presented: Single Origin Ganache Madagascar, Flavored Ganache Lime — distinguished by its citrus notes — and Praliné Amande Noir, a blend of almonds and dark chocolate. The brand also served its signature chilled chocolate drink, Chocolat Glacé.

Food industry professionals in attendance compared the aromas, textures and flavors of the different chocolates and exchanged tasting notes.

A Korean representative of Alain Ducasse Chocolat Paris said the event was a meaningful occasion to introduce the brand's chocolates directly to domestic culinary experts and to share the taste and quality achieved in Korea based on the brand's French manufacturing philosophy.

Founded in Paris, Alain Ducasse Chocolat Paris is a premium French chocolate brand established by world-renowned chef Alain Ducasse, with a craft approach spanning every stage of production — from selecting cacao beans to roasting, processing and finishing. In July, Haksan, the South Korean company behind specialty coffee brand Terarosa, signed a partnership with Alain Ducasse Chocolat Paris to bring the brand to Korea.
