Lotte Hotel Seoul announced Thursday that it will run a pop-up store called "Food Valley in Sogong" at the food hall of the Lotte Department Store main branch, from Friday through July 23.
The pop-up centers on summer stamina foods, offering healthy meal options for the hot season and bringing menus crafted by the hotel's master chefs outside the hotel.
Four of Lotte Hotel Seoul's restaurants will take part: the buffet restaurant La Seine, the hansik restaurant Mugunghwa, the Chinese restaurant Dorim and the Japanese restaurant Momoyama.
La Seine will offer stamina-focused dishes including domestic freshwater eel rice bowls, braised oxtail, black pepper steak and an Italian chicken wrap. Mugunghwa is preparing a chicken gomtang meal kit, abalone porridge and seafood mustard salad. Dorim will feature braised Korean beef tarts, crab meat bouillon tarts, and kung pao-style eel and abalone. Momoyama rounds out the lineup with futomaki, eel futomaki and grilled sablefish.
"Food Valley in Sogong is a gourmet pop-up where guests can experience all of Lotte Hotel Seoul's signature restaurants in one place," a hotel official said.
