Ilhwa supplies over 36,000 drinks to three September marathons

Ilhwa, a food and beverage health company, said it supplied drinks and bottled water to three marathon events held in September.

Starting with the 2026 Smile Run Festival at Peace Park in Mapo-gu, Seoul, on Sept. 13, Ilhwa went on to sponsor the 19th Gapyeong Jarasum National Marathon and the 20th Gangdong-gu Seonsa Marathon Festival, both held Sunday, providing a total of about 36,000 bottles of beverages and water across the three events.

At the 2026 Smile Run Festival in Mapo-gu, Seoul, Ilhwa supplied its isotonic drink Everyday.

At the 19th Gapyeong Jarasum National Marathon — an event the company has sponsored since 2013 — Ilhwa again provided McCol and Gwangcheon mineral water. The prize for top finishers was Jinwells Fermented Red Ginseng EMC K Stick.

At the 20th Gangdong-gu Seonsa Marathon Festival, held the same day in Gangdong-gu, Seoul, Ilhwa supplied Gwangcheon mineral water, Everyday and Chojeong sparkling water.

"We provided our products so that runners enjoying the fall marathon season could have the drinks they need at the event," said Lee Ga-young, head of Ilhwa's public relations team.
