Grand Mercure Imperial Palace Seoul Gangnam will launch its fall culinary campaign, "LOCAL SIKROCK," on Sept. 1.

The campaign blends the concepts of locality, food and fun, reinterpreting seasonal and regional Korean ingredients through the hotel's own culinary lens.

Café Delmar on the hotel's first floor will present an "Autumn Harvest" collection featuring seasonal fall fruits and produce. The "Autumn Harvest Drinks" lineup comprises three beverages — Naju pear juice, persimmon juice and persimmon smoothie — each priced at 25,000 won ($18). The drinks will be available from Sept. 1 through Nov. 30.

An "Autumn Harvest High Tea" set will also be offered for those looking to unwind on a fall afternoon. The set pairs desserts and savories infused with the delicate aroma of Earl Grey alongside autumn staples such as chestnuts, apples and pears. Priced at 80,000 won for two, it runs from Sept. 1 through Oct. 31.

The "Autumn Harvest Dining" menu rounds out the collection with two options: a lobster crab pizza at 56,000 won and a beef tenderloin melting cheeseburger set at 65,000 won. Both dishes will be available through Nov. 30.

The hotel's The Bar will offer two cocktails that put a modern spin on fall corn and sweet potato — the "Corn" cocktail and the "Sweet Potato" cocktail — each priced at 36,000 won. They will be served from Sept. 1 through Nov. 30.

Choi Seong-hun, head of food and beverage at Grand Mercure Imperial Palace, described the campaign as "a fall season program designed to help guests rediscover and enjoy familiar local ingredients in a fresh new way within the hotel setting."
