Dessert cafe chain Sulbing said Wednesday it is launching a new menu item, the Sunsu Yogurt Honey Grapefruit Bingsu, featuring grapefruit, tangerine and yogurt ice cream.
The new bingsu is built on Sulbing's signature milk ice and topped with fresh grapefruit and tangerine, along with yogurt ice cream, cube cheesecake and honeycomb. Tangerine makes its debut as an ingredient in a Sulbing bingsu with this release.
To mark the launch, Sulbing is offering a 4,000-won discount coupon for the new summer menu to the first 10,000 customers who claim one through the Sulbing app, from Wednesday through Sunday.
The coupon can be used only when ordering one of seven summer season menu items, including the new grapefruit bingsu. It applies to in-store, pickup and delivery orders placed through the app.
A Sulbing official described the Sunsu Yogurt Honey Grapefruit Bingsu as "a premium dessert that stands out by combining healthy ingredients like grapefruit and yogurt with the latest trends."
