The California Prune Board announced its participation in Seoul Food 2026, the Seoul International Food Industry Exhibition, held at KINTEX in Goyang, Gyeonggi Province. The event runs June 9–12.
The board has set up a booth at Hall 4 of KINTEX Exhibition Hall 1 (booth No. 3G303), where it aims to reach some 50,000 domestic and international food industry professionals attending the fair. Booth activities include informational materials on the nutritional value of California prunes, tastings, an exhibition display and one-on-one meetings. Visitors will also receive a complimentary pack of prunes (30 grams, roughly three to four pieces).
Every 100 grams of prunes contains approximately 7 grams of dietary fiber, meeting about 28 percent of the recommended daily intake for adults. The fruit also provides around 59.5 micrograms of vitamin K, covering roughly 79 percent of the daily recommended intake for Koreans.
