Sulbing launches ube bingsu and single-serve cup desserts for summer

Dessert cafe chain Sulbing said Tuesday it is expanding its summer bingsu lineup with two new product categories: three single-serve cup bingsu items under the "Cup Sulbing" name, and a collection of ube-based desserts and beverages.

The three Cup Sulbing varieties reimagine some of the brand's consistently popular bestsellers in a single-portion cup format. The lineup consists of the Pat Injeolmi Cup Sulbing, Apple Mango Cup Sulbing and Oreo Choco Cup Sulbing. All three use the brand's signature milk ice, which grows smoother and richer in flavor as it melts, letting customers enjoy the drink in stages.

Also debuting is the Ube Berry Cheese Sulbing, which combines sweet ube, tangy berries and soft milk ice. The ube beverage range comprises three drinks — an ube latte, ube cafe latte and ube matcha latte — all served iced only.

"From portable single-serve cup bingsu to the purple allure of ube, we have actively incorporated the elements consumers want most right now into our menu," a Sulbing official said.
