Hanwha Foodtech's 63 Buffet has relaunched as "63 Buffet Pavilion The Premium" to coincide with the opening of Pompidou Centre Hanwha.

The most significant change is an expansion of the fine-dining experience. For the first time in the buffet's history, all paying guests receive a "welcome main dish" — a lobster tail served tableside at the start of the meal.

The menu spans roughly 160 items, and the number of live stations has grown from four to 14. New signature offerings include aged jamón and fresh tuna carved tableside, Korean beef tenderloin yukhoe sashimi, Korean-style prime galbi barbecued on volcanic stone, and New York-style thick-cut galbi.

Dessert options include banana cream brûlée and five selections from ice cream brand Benson, which uses domestic raw milk and no artificial emulsifiers.

On weekdays, the buffet runs an unlimited drinks program at an additional charge, with sommeliers' recommended wines, draft beer and soft drinks offered in tiers based on the chosen package.

Beyond the main dining hall, the venue features private dining rooms. A kids' zone for families has been expanded with infant-friendly options including organic cheese, and children receive complimentary aprons.

Guests who visit Pompidou Centre Hanwha on the same day receive a 10 percent discount. Prices start at 155,000 won ($101) for an adult weekday lunch and 175,000 won for dinner.

"This renewal focused on adding the refinement of fine dining to the reputation 63 Buffet Pavilion has built," a Hanwha Foodtech official said. "We will deliver differentiated premium service worthy of the name."
