Six new cocktails at Conrad Seoul's 37BAR [Conrad Seoul]

The 37BAR on the 37th floor of Conrad Seoul has launched a new cocktail collection celebrating the many faces of the city.

Conrad Seoul said Friday the collection was developed under the concept "We Curate Your Seoul," translating the stories of Seoul's history and traditions, urban nature, and street culture into six drinks. Each cocktail draws on a specific location in the city and uses Korean ingredients as its foundation.

The six cocktails are priced at 30,000 won ($22) each. The lineup includes Ho-Long Tea, inspired by the traditional Korean oil lamp known as a horongbul; The Violet Sour, evoking a sunset over the Han River; Seongsu's Breakfast, capturing Seongsu-dong's past and present; Archive 99, a reinterpretation of Myeong-dong street culture in 1999; Magic Island Tiki, drawn from the theme park in Jamsil; and After Market, bottling the late-night atmosphere of Gwangjang Market.

Ho-Long Tea is the work of 37BAR head bartender Kim So-yeon, who took first place at the 2025 Campari Cocktail Competition Korea. The drink blends Korea's traditional hwachae punch with Italian aperitivo culture, offering a contemporary take on Korean hospitality.

Seongsu's Breakfast was crafted by a French bartender who reinterpreted the Seongsu-dong streetscape. Coffee-infused whisky forms the base, layered with banana and cacao nibs.

After Market combines hojicha- and barley-steeped whisky with the flavors of Korean pear and sesame, evoking the mood of Gwangjang Market deep into the night.
